Lynsey McCracken
Lynsey completed the Massage Therapy program at Medix College 2013. Before completing massage therapy school, she graduated from Conestoga College in 2008 receiving a diploma for Occupational/Physiotherapist Assistant. She enjoyed working as a Physiotherapist Assistant in Long-term care, helping people rehabilitate and maintain their best quality of life.
Lynsey offers a balance between therapeutic, rehabilitative, and relaxation techniques. Lynsey has completed continuing education in Cupping to add to her skill set. She uses cupping in conjunction with her other techniques during treatments.
Cupping therapy uses silicone cups placed over the skin to create suction. Cups may be used stationary or glided over areas of the body to help improve range of motion by stretching fascia and connective tissues and breaking down adhesions. Cupping may be used to decrease muscle pain or strain, and increase circulation.
Shelly May
Registered Massage Therapist
She uses Swedish Massage Therapy techniques to rehabilitate, prevent injuries, and maintain the health of her clients. Specialized techniques such as soft tissue release and myofascial release are often integrated into her massage therapy treatments.
Determining the primary cause of a client’s symptoms, with an emphasis on posture analysis, is an important goal. Homecare exercises such as strengthening and stretching are also an important part of each treatment.
Shelly began her massage career as an equine massage therapist in 2000 after graduating from D’AL School of Equine Massage Therapy. She credits the knowledge of both equine and human massage therapy for developing her skills as a therapist.
As a competitive middle distance runner, Shelly earned a full scholarship to Georgia State University, graduating with a degree in Psychology. Competing as an athlete under the Saugeen Track and Field Club for over 20 years, she has learned the value of massage therapy in treating and preventing sports injuries.
In her personal time, Shelly enjoys spending time with family, running with her dog and riding her horse.

Your Pain Has a Source. We’ll Find It.
Most people spend years managing discomfort without ever understanding where it actually comes from. Our practitioners take the time to properly assess your spine, identify the root cause of what you’re feeling, and build a treatment plan that addresses it directly, and not just the symptoms sitting on top of it.
Why Choose Us
Experienced, Registered Practitioners
Every treatment is delivered by a licensed chiropractor or registered massage therapist with the training to back it up.
Whole-Body Approach
We look beyond the symptom to understand what’s actually driving your discomfort and treat it accordingly.
Real Results, Not Endless Appointments
Our goal is to get you better, not keep you coming back longer than you need to.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
Not at all. Chiropractic care in Ontario is a regulated, primary contact profession, which means you can book directly with us without needing to see your doctor first. Simply give us a call or book online and we’ll get you in for an initial assessment.
Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
For most patients, adjustments are comfortable and often come with immediate relief. You may hear a popping sound during the adjustment, which is just gas releasing from the joint and completely normal. Some mild soreness in the area afterward is common, similar to how you’d feel after a good workout, and it typically fades within a day or two.
How many appointments will I need?
Every patient is different, so there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. After your first visit, your chiropractor will complete a thorough assessment and walk you through a treatment plan tailored to your specific condition and goals. We’re upfront about timelines and will always explain our reasoning.
Can I combine chiropractic care with massage therapy?
Absolutely, and it’s something we actively encourage. Because our chiropractors and registered massage therapists work together in the same clinic, your treatments are coordinated rather than happening in isolation. Massage therapy helps loosen the surrounding muscles and soft tissue, which supports your adjustments and often speeds up your overall recovery.
Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy?
Yes, and it can make a significant difference in how you feel throughout your pregnancy. As your body changes and your centre of gravity shifts, the added strain on your spine and pelvis can cause real discomfort. Our practitioners are trained in prenatal care and use gentle, specifically adapted techniques that are safe at every stage of pregnancy.
Do you direct bill my insurance?
We direct bill most major insurance providers in Canada, meaning we handle the paperwork and you only pay any remaining balance at the time of your visit. We recommend calling ahead or mentioning your provider when you book so we can confirm your coverage and make sure there are no surprises at the desk.
Ready to Start Feeling Better?
Getting the care you need starts with a single call or a few clicks. We offer flexible appointment times to work around your schedule, and our team will make sure your first visit gives us everything we need to start building a treatment plan that’s right for you.
